I'm interested in and passionate about digital privacy, security, and the world of the arts. I enjoy learning new skills and making things more complicated than they need to be. I'm a life long learner and don't pretend to know things I don't.

This website serves as a place for me to showcase projects I’m working on, collections of other peoples work I like, and a place to publish some of my photography.

I am not a proponent of social media, and therefore I am sparsley on it. However I am publically on Instagram. For how long? Who knows.

ABOUT THIS WEBSITE

As a promoter of ethical technology, I limit the use of tracking technologies as much as possible. This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and uses only the standard, built in analytics that Cloudflare offers. Cloudflare has promoted these as more privacy focused, avoiding the use of cookies or local storage, you can read more on Cloudflare’s blog post about it.

To make this website as accessible as possible, there is very little reliance on Javascipt, most is raw HTML and CSS, turning off Javascript should have little impact on the usability on this site (It's only really used for the photography page + miscellaneous aeshetics)

This website is created with original HTML + CSS, plus a bespoke Hugo implementation to run the journal. I may document and publish my method for pulling this together, although it will be frowned upon by real web developers for it's Frankenstein nature.
